An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

Are you wanting to get into the recruitment industry but don't know where to start??? Or are you working in recruitment already but things aren't going as you'd hoped? If so, this could be the break you're looking for as we have a requirement for a Trainee Consultant to join our team.

We are a construction specialist agency, but to begin with, you don't need to have any detailed knowledge or experience of construction, as it's our job to train you. All we need, is for you to be keen to learn, enjoy working hard and be a positive & reliable person.

The role is based in Gosforth, Newcastle Upon Tyne, and you'll be working within a vibrant and experienced team.

We are looking for someone who wants to gain knowledge of the full recruitment spectrum, from all the administration aspects through to being on the phone, making calls to develop business and to fill the vacancies that you gain. It's important to emphasise that we need someone with drive & motivation and who has the ambition to develop their career.

Full training will be provided, both 'on the job' and professionally certified. Previous recruitment or construction experience is not a prerequisite for this position, as THE most important aspect for us will be your attitude.
