No recruitment experience required. Work ethic and ambition come first.

The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Interview and place candidates into schools
• Build and manage candidate pipelines
• Write professional candidate profiles
• Work towards weekly KPIs and performance targets
• Learn negotiation, influence and relationship‑building skills
• Earn commission as you progress through the role

You’ll receive daily support from your Team Manager, structured training from our in‑house specialists and ongoing mentorship.

After completing the Impact Academy, you’ll move onto a sales‑focused desk with advanced training in:
