Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location: Office-based (Manchester)

Starting Salary: £26,000 + Uncapped Bonus (20% structure, no threshold)

Training Programme: 13 Weeks

CRP Qualification: Sponsored after probation

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm; Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

Work from home: 2 days per week once on target

Time Recruitment is expanding and seeking a driven individual with a strong background in outbound B2B sales to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

This role is ideal for someone with at least 12 months of experience in outbound calling, selling a product or service, who is ready to transition into a rewarding career in recruitment.
