Location: Loughton, Essex
Salary: £22,000 to £28,000 + Uncapped Commission
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Sales Director to support a high-performing SEN desk.
• Identify, engage, and place top-tier candidates in SEN teaching and support roles.
• Build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Proactively develop new business opportunities with schools.
• Handle the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to successful placement.
• Hit targets, earn commission, and grow your career in a rewarding industry.
