Responsibilities

• Build relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring they\'re happy with the service we provide.
• Learn how to source and select candidates using online platforms, adverts, and networking.
• Keep our database up to date with candidate and client information.
• Support the recruitment process from start to finish — including interviews, inductions, and job briefings.
• Take part in on-call rota duties (with full support and training).
• Identify opportunities to grow the business and pass them on to senior team members.
• Get involved in company meetings, reporting, and training to help you grow your skills.
