Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Education

Milk Education – Guildford

Monday to Friday (with a mix of 7:15am and 9:00am starts depending on school term times)

• Winning new business: Actively calling schools to pitch our services and secure opportunities
• Finding top talent: Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates into roles that change lives
• Hitting targets: Smashing KPIs and performance goals
• Owning your pipeline: Building and managing relationships with clients and candidates
• Becoming a CRM pro: Using our tech stack to streamline your success
• Growing your business: Taking charge of your desk and driving revenue
