Here at Academics Berkhamsted we are ready to expand again and are looking for a Resourcer / Trainee recruitment consultant to join our very successful team!

Responsibilities
  • Source candidates for primary, secondary and SEN schools across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire.
  • Assist the SEN team to source the best candidates for fantastic schools.
  • Engage with education staff using excellent communication skills, with a focus on finding the right staff for schools.
  • Contribute to a supportive team environment, sharing best practice.
  • Participate in a structured induction and training process.
