Responsibilities

  • Assess and resolve maintenance issues by urgency and importance.
  • Maintain high standards of communication with landlords and tenants.
  • Conduct and analyze Property inspection reports and advise landlords.
  • Book checkouts, analyze reports and process documentation.
  • Manage end of tenancy returns for a managed client portfolio.
  • Negotiate dilapidation compensation for landlords.
  • Check invoices and arrange payment to contractors.
  • Manage the tenancy renewal process for landlords and tenants.
  • Monitor rent arrears and update landlords promptly.
  • Prepare and serve legal notices.
  • Handle deposit returns.

Job Profile

Reeds Rains are looking to recruit a highly motivated Trainee Property Manager to join our team in Liverpool on a full time, permanent basis.

As a Trainee Property Manager you will receive :

  • £17500 plus commission.

In the role of a Trainee Property Manager you will be responsible for :

  • Assessing and resolving maintenance issues by urgency and importance.
  • Maintaining high standards of communication with landlords and tenants.
  • Conduct and analyse Property inspection reports and liaise with the landlord giving relevant advice.
  • Book checkouts, analyse reports and process documentation in line with company processes.
  • Manage end of tenancy returns for a managed client portfolio
  • Negotiate dilapidation compensation for the landlords of a managed client portfolio.
  • Check invoices received against works orders and arrange payment to contractors.
  • Manages the tenancy renewal process for the landlord and tenant
  • Monitor any rent arrears, chasing any payments and updating landlords promptly.
  • Preparation and serving of legal notices.
  • Deposit returns
