A recruitment agency is seeking a Trainee Passenger Transport Planner for a 3.5-month contract in West Sussex. The role involves planning efficient transport solutions for schools and vulnerable groups, with a focus on customer service. As a Trainee Passenger Transport Planner, you will be part of a vital team responsible for developing and delivering efficient, customer-focused transport solutions across West Sussex. This includes planning transport for mainstream schools, SEN pupils, and vulnerable adults. You will receive training in specialist transport planning systems and work under the guidance of a Senior Planner to contribute to both long-term service strategies and urgent daily requirements.
This is a varied and dynamic role requiring excellent communication, adaptability, and a strong sense of responsibility. It involves both office-based tasks and site visits across the county.
