Job summary

A successful Independent Financial Practice in Norwich is seeking a Trainee Paraplanner to join their experienced team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from professionals and gain hands-on experience in a friendly environment. The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience in a Financial Advisor context and will be responsible for preparing client portfolio analyses, providing technical support, and adhering to compliance procedures. Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience working within Financial Advisors, either as a Financial Administrator or Paraplanner.
  • Ability to prioritise and be proactive.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing analysis of the client’s existing portfolio.
  • Provision of technical support to Advisers.
  • Working closely with the Adviser to research and formulate appropriate advice.
  • Preparation of Recommendation Reports and supplementary documentation.
  • Adherence to compliance procedures and high standards of client service.
  • Regular liaison with product providers, account managers and clients.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of financial products and markets.

Working Hours :
  • Full Time
  • Hybrid-working basis (Monday to Thursday in the office & Friday WFH)

The successful Trainee Paraplanner will be offered :

  • Basic Salaryup to £36,000

To be considered for the role of Trainee Paraplanner, you must have
  • Previous administrative experience workingwithin a Financial Advisors, either within Financial Administrator or Paraplanner role.
