The Elevation programme is designed to help you live and breathe our principles. You'll discover what it means to think without limits, own it, be relevant and be the next champion of commercial retail. This is a unique opportunity to deliver tangible product performance for the UK's biggest sports retailer.
Year 1:
You’ll gain hands‑on experience by working closely with several factories that supply our products. From concept to completion, you’ll take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, including:
Each week, a factory team visits our Shirebrook HQ to review product performance, giving you the chance to build strong relationships and understand the commercial process in depth.
Year 2:
You’ll use your knowledge to specialise in a particular area, with opportunities to broaden your exposure across our other brands.

Frasers Fit — Our Everlast Gyms Team are on a mission to make our workforce the best, and fittest on the planet! We run free gym classes for employees as well as discounted memberships to our clubs. Frasers Fit is our wellbeing programme which aims to support and improve colleagues Physical, Financial & Mental wellbeing.
