Job Description

The Elevation programme is designed to help you live and breathe our principles. You'll discover what it means to think without limits, own it, be relevant and be the next champion of commercial retail. This is a unique opportunity to deliver tangible product performance for the UK's biggest sports retailer.

What you'll do

Year 1:

You’ll gain hands‑on experience by working closely with several factories that supply our products. From concept to completion, you’ll take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, including:

  • Design & development
  • Forecasting and pricing
  • Amendments and logistics
  • Quality control and category optimisation

Each week, a factory team visits our Shirebrook HQ to review product performance, giving you the chance to build strong relationships and understand the commercial process in depth.

Year 2:

You’ll use your knowledge to specialise in a particular area, with opportunities to broaden your exposure across our other brands.

Qualifications
  • A degree is not essential, but applicants from Economics, Marketing, Digital, Finance, Business Studies, Fashion & Merchandising, Management are encouraged to apply
  • GCSE grade A*‑C (or equivalent) in Maths & English
  • Valid working rights for the UK
Skills
  • Able to put commerciality at the forefront of your decision making
  • A working understanding of Excel and the wider Microsoft Office suite
  • Confident working with complex data to draw business conclusions
  • A real passion for retail, able to spot customer trends
  • Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal, building outstanding partnerships
