The School and the Role

Vision for Education are recruiting on behalf of a supportive and forward‑thinking secondary school in Bootle, L20, who are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Classroom Teacher to join their team. This full‑time role is designed for individuals looking to take their first step into teaching, gaining hands‑on classroom experience while receiving high‑quality support and training.

You will play a key role in delivering pre‑planned lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment, and supporting students across a range of subjects. As part of the school community, you will benefit from excellent resources, ongoing training, and guidance from experienced staff.

Role Responsibilities
