You will be responsible for

As a trainee you will be trained on how to de‑bone, break down and trim the meat cuts.
Learn about the different meat cuts and specifications
Work in a safe clean working environment in line with current legislation
After training is completed have the opportunity to progress through the pay grades in line with your skill level
