Trainee Survey Assistant - Drainage

Location: Chichester or within 1 hour commute

Full-time | Monday - Friday | Full training provided

Looking to start a practical, outdoor career with long‑term growth? On behalf of our client we’re hiring Trainee Survey Assistants to join a leading drainage company working across the South Coast.

You’ll be working outdoors alongside an experienced team, learning how to carry out drainage surveys, use CCTV equipment and gather site information as part of projects that help improve water networks and protect the environment.

No experience needed – just a positive attitude, willingness to learn and good communication skills. Full training, PPE and industry qualifications are provided, with opportunities to progress into a Team Leader role as you develop within 6 months.
