Trainee Administrator

The successful Trainee Administrator will be processing sales orders and contributing to order fulfilment.

This junior-level role plays a key part in delivering excellent service to customers, maintaining internal accuracy, and supporting cross-functional efficiency.

The Trainee Administrator role will include:
  • Accurately process daily sales orders via ERP and CRM systems
  • Ensure additional services (e.g. kitting, job cards) are recorded against the order
  • Track shipment progress and delivery status using courier platforms
  • Maintain clear, concise system notes for every customer interaction
  • Act as a first point of contact for internal and external order-related queries
  • Respond to courier issues as part of end-to-end customer account support
  • Communicate professionally via phone and email to resolve queries efficiently
  • Proactively update customers on order andавад delivery status
  • Liaise with Sales, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams to ensure timely fulfilment

  • Prior experience in order processing or admin support is advantageous

Full UK driving licence preferred.
