An award-winning global agency, who work across a broad range of communications solutions for a variety of impressive global clients. They’ve grown strongly in recent years, handling complex projects often involving business transformation and communication of large scale change. The agency works remotely but you must be based in the UK for occasional meetings.
You’ll be the main point of contact for creative resourcing, responsible for maintaining smooth workflow across departments, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget. You’ll place the right jobs with the right people based on skillsets, ensuring consistency of resources, as well as drafting in appropriate contractors when needed, highlighting in advance any potential issues with available resources. You’ll run daily meetings with the design and video teams ensuring milestones in projects are reached and that all procedures are followed correctly, using their resourcing tool, Airtable. Regular communications with senior creatives and client services teams will be part and parcel of the role.
You’ll be experienced at working in a fast-paced agency environment, with a minimum of 3 years working in a traffic/creative services role. You'll have a good understanding of the creative process, in particular across design, video and animation, as well as skilled in capacity planning and forecasting requirements, and spotting potential issues. A great communicator, you’ll be super organised, able to manage deadlines effectively across a large number of projects at any one time.
