Responsibilities

• Monitoring high‑volume live trading and portfolio risk
• Contributing to the automated trading operations codebase
• Managing ongoing projects with various Tower support teams
• Coordinating software and hardware upgrades
• Applying programmatic solutions to scale and expand trading operations
• Resolving discrepancies with trading positions, broker statements, and internal applications

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a related field, and a bachelor’s degree
• Proficient scripting skills in Python and an intermediate understanding of a Linux environment
• Exceptional analytical abilities, strong communications skills, and experience making data‑driven strategic decisions
• Strong working knowledge of PNL and Risk reporting applications
• Familiarity with current market structure and regulatory developments
• Ability to analyze and optimize order entry and market data exchange connectivity
• Ability to comprehend and diagnose problems in complex real‑time systems with minimal guidance
• Capacity to work equally well independently and as a member of a team
• In‑depth understanding of trading technology and fluency in technical concepts
