About the Role

Working closely with attorneys and foreign agents, the role involves responsibility for filings, deadlines and formalities across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end oversight of trade mark filings to ensure clients’ IP rights are fully maintained
• Delegate reporting tasks and administrative duties to formalities assistants and administrators
• Liaise with attorneys, local counsel and foreign agents to progress matters within required timelines
• Monitor the status of trade marks and designs and maintain proactive communication with clients
• Support wider trade mark operations with accuracy, professionalism and strong organisational skills
