A major utility provider in London seeks an enthusiastic team member to manage customer applications and ensure excellent service. The role is based on-site at Crossness Sewage Treatment Works and requires strong communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Trade Effluent (TE) is the discharge of non-domestic wastewater from trade premises. It is essential to control TE to protect the public, our people, our assets and the environment.
Base location is Crossness Sewage Treatment Works, SE2 9AQ. The expectation is to be on site 5 days a week. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 36 hours a week (9 am to 5 pm).
