MotorSport Vision is the premier motorsport organisation owning and managing iconic racing circuits across Europe (Brands Hatch, Donington Park, Oulton Park, Snetterton, Cadwell Park, Bedford Autodrome and Circuito De Navarra). Throughout the 2026 race season MSV circuits will play host to some of Europe’s biggest motor racing championships including the GT World Challenge, World Superbike Championship, British Superbikes, GB3, GB4 and BTCC. Alongside our weekend events, the weekdays play host to a plethora of trackdays, private testing sessions, new vehicle / product launches and filming activities, making it a jam packed 2026 season here at MSV.

We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Track Hire Co-ordinator to work within our Track Hire team overseeing all non-race activities here at MSV. Based from our Kent circuit Brands Hatch, your role will primarily involve collaborating with external clients assisting in the planning and organisation of their track hire activities across all of the MSV circuits.

Main duties will include:

• Planning and organising non-race track hire activities across all MSV circuits - including track days, private hires, corporate, manufacturer events, filming projects and product demonstrations
• Collaborating closely with external clients and internal MSV departments - such as Operations, Health and Safety and Catering and Hospitality to coordinate logistical needs, staffing, equipment, and schedules, enabling seamless event delivery and smooth on the day running
• Liaising with clients regarding circuit restrictions, health and safety policies and operational guidelines - providing clear information on areas such as noise levels, site access and supporting client’s in their event preparation
• Building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships - acting as a key point of contact throughout planning and post-event stages to encourage repeat bookings
• Preparing and issuing contractual information - ensuring accuracy of financial and contractual terms, compliance requirements and MSV policies and coordinating with external finance teams where necessary
• Reviewing Health and Safety documentation, insurance policies, risk assessments and operational plans - submitted by clients to ensure they meet MSV regulations

You will be / have:

• Excellent written and spoken English skills. Spanish skills would be desirable but not essential
• Experience of working within a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Educated to A Level standard or above
• Experience dealing with a significant amount of admin work, requiring accuracy and good presentation at all times
• Confident in ability to discuss with clients over email, telephone and in person>
• Experience using Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word and Excel) and adaptability to learn/navigate new software
• Exceptional organisational ability and a strong attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence is essential to meet the needs of the role
• A health and safety qualification such as IOSH would be desirable, but is not essential

This is a full time permanent position working 42.5 hours a week, based at Brands Hatch Circuit. This role will predominantly involve working Monday – Friday with an occasional out of hours requirement, alongside select weekends. There will also be the need to occasionally travel to other venues within the group.
