Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage planning applications, appeals, and appraisals
  • Provide professional planning advice to clients, stakeholders, and local authorities
  • Undertake site appraisals and policy reviews
  • Contribute to the preparation of planning statements and supporting documents
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across planning and development teams
About you
  • RTPI accredited degree or master\'s in Town Planning or a related discipline
  • Ideally working towards or already MRTPI chartered status
  • 1-3 years of professional planning experience (private or public sector)
  • Strong communication, analytical, and report-writing skills
  • A motivated and proactive attitude with a genuine passion for planning
