A global consulting firm is seeking a Total Health Management Senior Consultant to enhance organizational health and productivity. We are looking for an experienced Total Health Management Senior Consultant to join Mercer's Total Health Management (THM) Consulting team. This role will be based in one of our Western Canada Mercer offices. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Total Health Management team has the stated goal of bringing healthy productivity back to the workplace. This Senior Consultant will be responsible developing client relationships and support across Canada, with a focus in Western Canada (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan) in collaboration with regional and national Mercer teams. The focus of the role is to increase the organizational health, productivity and wellbeing of clients through developing business opportunities, delivering consulting services, and project work / leadership in the THM strategic structure.

All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person. The applicable base salary range for this role is $118,000 to $195,500. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
