Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Topographical Surveyor in varied projects.
• Ability to utilize GPS/GNSS and total station equipment confidently.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Carry out topographical surveys using total stations and GNSS.
• Capture accurate site data and transform it into usable survey outputs.
• Produce drawings and models to meet specifications and standards.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and safety are maintained.
• Mentor junior team members occasionally.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out topographical surveys using total stations, GNSS, and associated equipment
• Capturing accurate site data and turning it into clear, usable survey outputs
• Producing drawings and models to agreed specifications and standards
• Working closely with project managers, engineers, and clients
• Making sure quality, accuracy, and safety are never compromised
• Occasionally mentoring junior team members and sharing best practice

What We’re Hoping You’ll Bring

• Experience as a Topographical Surveyor
• Confidence using GPS/GNSS and total station equipment
• Strong attention to detail (you spot the things others miss)
• Experience with survey software and CAD outputs
• Full UK driving licence
• CSCS card (preferred, but we can help if needed)
