Qualifications

• Strong AutoCAD experience within a technical or construction-based environment.
• Possess a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to technical drafting.
• Experience producing designs for timber frame buildings (advantageous but not essential).
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations (preferred, training available).
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office for documentation and coordination.
• Can work collaboratively across teams including operations, sales, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Experience with Revit or 3D visualisation would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design floor, wall, and roof panels for efficient factory manufacture.
• Support the sales process with detailed customer enquiries, layouts, and visualisations.
• Deliver accurate, buildable designs meeting contract specifications, quality standards, and cost targets.
