As our Ticketing Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering successful events at AO Arena. You will support promoters and organisers in bringing shows to market, managing the ticketing process end-to-end - from set-up and on-sale through to event completion and settlement.
You will take full ownership of the ticketing function, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a smooth customer journey. In addition, you will work closely with the Hospitality team to develop and deliver tailored event packages that enhance the overall experience for guests.
