Rate: 402 GBP/Day (Inside IR35)

Role Description:

The Threat Intelligence Business Analyst plays a key role in translating business problems and intelligence requirements into actionable solutions supporting the Chief Security Office (CSO). Operating within a cross-functional analytics team, the role involves gathering requirements, shaping operational designs, and ensuring stakeholder alignment within the DataWalk platform.

The analyst bridges business stakeholders, intelligence analysts, and technical teams to ensure solutions are viable, scalable, and effectively embedded across the organization.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Identify and analyze business problems and intelligence requirements needing change or enhancement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document and validate requirements for DataWalk.
  • Assess potential impacts of proposed deliverables, such as process improvements or new intelligence capabilities.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into structured deliverables for solution design and implementation.
  • Support feasibility assessments and contribute to business cases justifying investments.
  • Ensure solutions align with operational design and process expectations.
  • Monitor project progress and support reporting for timely, budget-conscious delivery.
  • Maintain traceability of requirements through change management activities.
  • Work with data and decision analysts to meet business needs.
  • Promote a collaborative environment for holistic intelligence analysis.

Stakeholder Management and Leadership:

This role requires developing strong relationships within the Threat Intelligence team and with external vendors and industry forums. The role involves advocating for analytics use and possibly mentoring early-career analysts, supporting their development.
