Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent.
• Over two years of experience supporting young people in a children’s residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Leading the shift and ensuring high standards of care.
• Supporting care planning and contributing to care reviews.
• Organising and participating in activities for young people.
• Liaising with external professionals and agencies.
• Ensuring accurate record-keeping.
