A National Health Service provider is seeking a compassionate Theatre Support Worker for the Orthopaedic Theatre Team. Are you a compassionate and caring individual who prides themselves on patient care and working in a team? We are looking for someone to join our Theatre Teams as a Theatre Support Worker in our Orthopaedic Theatre Team. This post will cover Bridlington and Scarborough and requires cross‑site coverage.
Our department is fast‑paced and dynamic, with no two days the same. Once you have completed your 4‑week Healthcare Support Worker Academy, you will undertake extensive training across a supernumerary period with support from our two in‑house Clinical Educators and will complete a theatre skills book to deliver the best patient care.
This role is a Band 2 post, progressing to Band 3 after one year of experience in a Theatre Health Care Support Worker role and completion of the HCSW Theatre Department Skills training programme.
