Job summary

A leading healthcare organization in Liverpool is seeking a Recovery Practitioner to join their peri-operative team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality surgical services and supporting post-operative care. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nursing Graduate or Occupational Disability Professional with experience in recovery or critical care settings. Opportunities for development are provided through rotations and bespoke training programs. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams are essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a recovery or critical care setting is essential.
  • Understanding of quality and change in the clinical setting is required.
  • Basic IT / Email skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement and evaluate care according to changing healthcare needs.
  • Supervise and support team members within their remit.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Education

Registered Nursing Graduate (RGN) or Occupational Disability Professional (ODP)
