A leading orthopaedic hospital is seeking a part-time theatre nurse or HCPC Registered Operating Department Practitioner to provide high-quality care in a multi-disciplinary environment. This role offers rotational opportunities across anaesthetics and recovery, supporting a diverse range of elective orthopaedic surgeries. Candidates must be registered with the relevant regulatory body and eligible to work in the UK.
We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time experienced theatre nurse (ie NMC Registered Nurse who has attained an accredited anaesthetic qualification) or HCPC Registered Operating Department Practitioner. The vacancy is available at our world leading specialist hospital, with rotational opportunities across anaesthetics, scrub and recovery. Our theatre practitioners provide high quality care within a friendly and supportive multi-disciplinary environment. The Theatre Unit at RJAH comprises 13 theatres alongside a Recovery unit, a HDU and an on-site TSSU. We cover a wide spectrum of primarily elective Orthopaedic surgery including, but not exclusively, Revision & Primary Arthroplasty, Upper limb, Lower Limb, Sports Injuries, Spines, Tumour and Paediatrics.
