A recruitment firm is seeking a Sales Administrator and Customer Service Executive in Talbot Green. This full-time role involves coordinating sample stock, managing sales orders, and providing excellent customer service. The Administration and Customer Service Executive is essential in orchestrating the administrative and customer service functions within the Precious Metals Design division. This role ensures the efficient handling of sample stock, coordinates purchase orders, manages sales order processing, and supports customer service efforts across various platforms.
Essential: Proven experience in administrative roles with exposure to customer service environments.
Desirable: Familiarity with the jewellery or luxury goods industry, particularly in administrative or customer service capacities.
Skills: Proficiency in AX or similar ERP systems, strong interpersonal skills, and adept at managing complex administrative tasks.
