Job description

Our client are looking for someone to support user research and adoption studies for the development of the Test and Evaluation Marketplace application. Engage with users to collate stakeholder requirements to drive solutions which are usable, valuable, and aligned with user demands, while informing product and service design through structured insights and benefits assessments.

• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing). (NB - the Supplier will not collect personal data as part of these activities)
• Collaborate with Product, Service, and Engineering teams to translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Conduct benefits assessments to measure impact and value delivered.
• The role is outside IR35

· Present findings to stakeholders to inform programme-level decision‑making.
