About the Role:We're looking for a skilled Test Analyst to join a fast-paced Wealth Management project focused on automating testing processes. You'll play a key role in testing an in-house bespoke Order Management System (OMS). This hands-on, results-driven role will require you to lead the testing process, create and execute test plans, and ensure quality from analysis through to release.

Location: Hybrid/Remote Contract: 6-12 months Rate: Competitive, Outside IR35

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead testing through all phases: Analysis, Requirements, Build, and Release.
  
• Develop and execute detailed Test Plans and Test Cases.
  
• Automate manual testing processes to improve efficiency.
  
• Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  
• Identify, report, and resolve defects in a timely manner.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with project goals.
  

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Test Analyst with strong knowledge of testing methodologies.
  
• Experience with financial systems or OMS (e.g., Aladdin, Charles River) is a plus.
  
• Expertise in manual testing and test automation.
  
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
