Pay and Hours

Our Tesco Colleague rate starts from £12.45/hour, increasing to £13.66 within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We aim to support flexible scheduling and will notify you three weeks in advance of your shifts.
