The Role

As Territory Sales Manager, you’ll manage all commercial activity across Scotland, focusing on selling cutting‑edge equipment valued between £25,000 and £100,000. You’ll combine direct‑to‑practice sales with distributor enablement – providing product training, joint visits, and developing long‑term partnerships.

You’ll conduct site surveys, demonstrations, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close. The role involves extensive travel across Scotland, working remotely day‑to‑day, with occasional visits to the UK head office.
