Field Sales Consultant – Dental (North West London Region)

📍 Field-based | Covering NW London & surrounding areas

A leading supplier in the dental and healthcare market is seeking a Field Sales Consultant to manage and grow a defined portfolio of dental practices across North West London.

This is a fast-paced, consultative sales role focused on developing long-term partnerships with private dental practices. You'll be working with decision-makers across clinics from practice owners and principal dentists to treatment coordinators and support teams helping them optimise their procurement, clinical performance, and patient care outcomes through tailored product and service solutions.

The Role Includes :
  • Managing and growing existing accounts across a defined territory
  • Identifying new opportunities to increase product usage and share of wallet
  • Consulting with clients to understand needs and align solutions accordingly
  • Promoting a range of clinical products, equipment, and service offerings
  • Building relationships with internal specialists and external suppliers
  • Driving commercial performance through insight-led conversations and planning
  • Reporting activity, opportunities, and performance via internal CRM tools
About You :
  • Previous field sales or account management experience, ideally in dental, medical, or FMCG sectors
  • Commercially driven and confident in building trust-based customer relationships
  • Skilled at identifying growth opportunities and influencing key stakeholders
  • Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own diary
  • Full UK driving licence is required
