Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the nursery team, ensuring high standards of care and education.
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programmes.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and health and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular assessments of children’s progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage daily operations including staffing and budgeting.
  • Provide training and support to staff.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress.
