Their activities encompass the full lifecycle of high voltage networks, including design, procurement, construction, commissioning, operation, and maintenance for both public and private utility networks nationwide.

In this role you will be responsible for carrying out cost estimates for a range of predominantly power transmission projects and inputting heavily into the tendering process along with the Tendering Manager. This will involve interpreting client drawings & specifications, producing quotations and attending bid meetings.

This role would suit an electrical engineering professional with experience working on private networks 11kV and above. You will have good communication skills with the ability to be personable and negotiate. This role involves frequent travel across the UK, so flexibility to travel with occasional stay aways is required.

The Role

The Person

• Must have ONC / HNC (or above) in Electrical Engineering
• Private Network High Voltage experience (11kV and above)
• Experience within the Utilities or Civil sectors
• Full UK driving license, comfortable with traveling to client locations
