Lead a high-performing team of Tenancy Sustainment Officers, ensuring consistent, person-centred support from referral to move-on. Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, and partnership, working to deliver exceptional housing outcomes.

Job requirements
  • Manage the Tenancy Sustainment team, taking the lead on the recruitment, selection and induction of new staff.
  • You’ll support staff by setting clear objectives, maintaining good communication and managing workload to make sure cover is always provided.
  • Lead on service delivery, including property management, to ensure that the service is high-quality and meets the needs of their customers.
  • Work with internal departments to develop monitoring and performance targets.
  • Develop good working relationships with multi-agencies, such as health and social care, Local Authority, and housing providers.
  • Manage referrals into the service and assess each customer's housing needs.
  • Support the Operations Manager with reports when needed.
