Temporary Independent Living Manager – Warwick, £23.92ph – PAYE Reference 5286361

To manage the delivery of housing support services to vulnerable and elderly customers to achieve excellent service delivery and positive outcomes. Responsible for managing the Lifeline Service, delivering services to vulnerable and elderly customers both within properties and the wider area. To achieve excellent service delivery for all service users, within agreed quality frameworks and codes of practice.

  • To lead, manage and support a team of staff, ensuring that the 24/7 workloads are being managed. Providing guidance and support on procedural, policy and legal matters and making key decisions on operational issues, managing holidays and sickness and undertaking appraisals in line with the scheme.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for service development, including new technologies or improved business processes that enhance service delivery and develop the reputation of the team. To research and develop the Lifeline Service and monitoring arrangements for clients and seek new customers and methods of working.
  • Lead a promotional and marketing activity plan that continuously increases awareness of the services available to the community.
  • To develop internal KPIs to ensure all aspects of Lifeline are working effectively, responsible for undertaking ad hoc benchmarking of the service to establish value for money. Engage with customers to gain feedback and improve the service. To manage delegated capital and revenue budgets for the service area.
  • Responsible for monitoring and managing external contracts and ensuring that correct procurement protocol and procedures are adhered to.

Full‑time role on a temporary contract basis.
