Key Responsibilities
  • Print Room Management: Oversee the stocking and maintenance of print rooms across all three floors. Ensure that supplies are replenished regularly to meet the needs of staff.
  • Courier Coordination: Book and manage all courier services effectively, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups for various departments.
  • Communication: Utilize exceptional communication skills to liaise with team members, vendors, and service providers, ensuring clarity and efficiency in all interactions.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks as required, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) to create documents, manage schedules, and maintain records.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a facilities or administrative role, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) to facilitate daily tasks and reporting.
