Overview

We are seeking an experienced, highly capable and immediatelyavailable Private Equity Executive Assistant to join a busy client-facing legal team. This position will begin on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to transition into a maternity contract in the new year (12 months).

This is a role that requires precision, pace and a proactive individual. As an EA, you will provide seamless support to two Managing Directors and their wider team, working closely and collaboratively with the existing EA group, especially liaising with senior stakeholders and the board across Europe. Board experience is a bonus. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, proactive assistant who thrives in a dynamic environment and can hit the ground running from day one.

This role will require you to be highly organised, adaptable and client facing in your communication. You will have extensive experience in managing a hectic schedule, prioritising appointments and travel management. You will be the first point of contact and instrumental in ensuring there is an efficient, effective approach to managing the workload. You will also be confident to liaise with other members of senior leadership in the company and be trusted to deal with all details of planning their day to day.

You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an EA to be considered for this role. Ideally, you would have worked within Private Equity, Asset Management, or Investment Banking.

Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive support to the MD and wider team.
  • Manage complex diaries, travel, and scheduling.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring smooth communication internally and externally.
  • Anticipate needs and take ownership to deliver results with minimal direction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an EA, ideally gained within private equity, investment banking, or asset management.
  • Strong communication skills, with a polished and professional client-facing approach.
  • Able to hit the ground running and add value quickly.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled EA who thrives in a fast-paced, professional setting and enjoys being an integral part of a collaborative team.
