A growing organisation in the Darley Dale area are seeking a confident and detail-driven Customer Relations Administrator to join their busy and supportive team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys delivering customer service, and takes pride in maintaining efficient and organised business operations.
You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day processes, supporting report quality assurance, managing complex schedules, and acting as a professional and approachable point of contact for both customers and internal teams.
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
