Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively contact new and existing customers via outbound calls.
  • Promote and sell products or services in line with company objectives.
  • Build rapport quickly and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Accurately record call outcomes and customer information on internal systems.
  • Work towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
  • Ensure all activity is compliant with company procedures and relevant regulations.
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements
  • Previous experience in telesales, sales or a customer‑facing role is preferred but not essential.
