A leading business coaching firm based in the UK is seeking a Telemarketer to work from home with flexible hours. In this role, you will support the MD and principal Business Coach by making cold calls to SME business owners, aiming to generate leads. Ideal candidates should have exceptional telephony skills, business acumen, and extensive experience in cold calling. The compensation includes a base pay of £15 per hour with potential for bonuses, making the total possible annual earnings around £25,200.

• A good network of SME business owner contacts is preferred.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with SME businesses you haven’t spoken to before.

The Role

The role is to support the MD and principal Business Coach by calling SME business owners cold or in response to a letter, email or lumpy mail

Key Responsibilities include:

• Generate one leadperday from follow up or cold calls

Profile ofperson:

• Exceptional telephony skills
• Good business acumen
• Ability to build rapport quickly with SME businesses that you have never spoken to and have not heard of the business
• Extensive experience and exceptionalperformance in cold calling are essential
• Achieves results by listening, asking great questions, not by sales pressure
• A good network of SME business owner contacts
• A 'can do' attitude, hungry to learn new skills and develop, naturally show initiative & resourcefulness is vital

Compensation & Benefits:

• £15perhourplus
• £200persigned client
• OTE achieving the KPI's set = £2100 pm (£25,200.00 pa)
