Job description
Overview

You will play a key role in supporting the faculty by:

  • Preparing lesson materials, resources, and equipment for practical lessons in Textiles, 3D Design, CDT, Art, and Food Technology across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
  • Stock control and other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the faculty
  • To assist in the maintenance of wall displays
  • To maintain storage areas in a tidy state
  • To assist in the production of specialised tools and jigs as necessary
  • Assisting teachers with classroom setup and demonstrations where required.
  • Maintaining and organising tools, machinery, and workspaces in line with health and safety standards.
  • Undertaking routine maintenance of workshop equipment and ensuring resources are well-stocked and ready for use.
