• Manage single projects or major workstreams, driving overall team deliverables while supervising and mentoring team members.
• Build strong relationships with senior clients that extend beyond individual projects, including beginning to develop C‑suite relationships.
• Drive collaboration and teaming with the client, while serving as a trusted advisor to define strategy at the intersection of technology and business.
• Articulate a compelling technology vision, informed by industry and functional expertise.
• Shape the role of technology in business strategies to capture market share.
• Identify and prioritise value creation opportunities based on detailed assessment and analysis of current technology footprint.
• Shape strategic opportunities incorporating innovative technology solutions into broader business transformations.

Qualifications

• Experience across key Resource Groups: Energy, Chemicals & Natural Resources (Oil & Gas, Energy, Sustainability, Mining, Metals, Nuclear, Forest Products).
• Ability to work across one of the architectural domains: Business, Application, Data and Technology.
• Strong desire to work in technology‑driven business transformation and curiosity about opportunities and threats posed by innovation and industry convergence.
• Knowledge and passion for key technology advancements, trends and disciplines including cloud, AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR and sustainable IT.
• Relevant experience with large‑scale digital and/or technology transformations.
• Specialist knowledge of industry operations, dynamics and trends in oil & gas, chemicals, etc.
• Intellectual capacity to develop creative and breakthrough solutions.
• Strong analytical skills, understanding of complex issues, and the ability to quickly absorb information and create solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful manner.
• Strong presentation skills with ability to synthesise information and bring a message forward.
• Proven success in leading and contributing to a team‑oriented environment.
• Leadership qualities: ability to establish trust‑based relationships and gain valuable insights through collaboration and communication.
