As a Technology Lead, you will own the end‑to‑end design, delivery, and stability of the bank’s platforms, integrations, and internal applications. You will ensure resilient, secure, and well‑controlled services connecting core systems including Mambu, nCino, Salesforce, D365, Corezoid, and internal platforms.
You will set and enforce a best‑in‑class software delivery lifecycle, enabling autonomous teams through clear standards and guardrails while holding a strong line on quality. You will define KPIs to measure delivery, stability, and performance, and challenge substandard outcomes even under tight deadlines. As part of this role you will build the bank’s in‑house integration capability, reducing reliance on Corezoid, and lead pragmatic buy‑versus‑build decisions.
You will provide strong technical leadership, establish a centre of excellence, and maintain a secure, resilient, and well‑governed digital estate that meets regulatory expectations.
