A leading energy company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Technology Adoption Lead to shape its technology strategy and manage the 10-year Technology Plan. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technology acquisition and foster a culture of innovation. As Technology Adoption Lead, you will shape bp's technology strategy and long‑term roadmap in close collaboration with our strategy team. You'll develop and manage the 10-year Technology Plan, lead execution through cross‑functional squads, and drive the acquisition and deployment of innovative technologies. This role also partners with bp Ventures to ensure strategic and operational alignment across technology investments.
