Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment in a validated state
• Internal packaging operation support including packaging and labelling of supplies
• Document management
• Data entry in applicable GMP inventory/distribution systems
• Printing of supplies/materials/labels
• Electronic/physical preparation of supplies for shipping
• Escalate issues as needed
• Tracking of requests and orders in support of operations
• Material stock monitoring, usage, and quantity tracking
• Raising shipments and tracking through to delivery and/or receipts
• Monitor timelines, task completions and other data for use in department metrics
• Generate reports/documents from multiple systems
• Other duties as deemed reasonable
• We are looking for a Packing Technician to help with all day-to-day tasks of packing and dispatching of the medicine. The ideal candidate will have very good attention to detail and will be keen to start a career in the pharmaceutical industry, as full training will be provided. This is a full-time, permanent position for the Baxter site in Oxford. Working hours are: 7am - 3pm and 1pm - 9pm. Strong problem-solving skills and task management skills
